    • We currently ship across India.
    • FREE standard shipping on all orders.
  • Order Processing
    • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time
    • Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
    • Courier delays, weather, public holidays or unforeseen logistics issues may occasionally affect delivery.
  • Order Tracking
    • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, where available.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address
    • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order.
    • If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
    • Once dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
  • Damaged, Incorrect or Tampered Orders
    • Contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery if the product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or incorrect.
    • Please provide your order number and clear photos and/or video of the package and product.
    • No return shipping charge applies when the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by us.
  • Return After Delivery
    • Eligible products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
    • Return requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
    • For customer-initiated returns, a ₹150 return shipping charge applies.

  • Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
    • Contact us promptly so we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
